Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the administrate to the information of the companies who had to own the items and keeping them in the warehouse available in the system.

Navigation Path

Path: Masters > Item Owner

Listing Screen

View List of all the Item Owners available in the system. Here Admin will be able to choose any company for making it as the Item Owner (or) not. Admin will be able to search the Item Owners data by using the filter option this is provided on the list.

  • By clicking on the “Allow Item Owner” button. Admin will be able to mark a company as the Item owner.
  • Admin needs to select the Companies from the listing for making them as the Item Owners.
  • If the company is marked as an Item Owner, its Items can be stored in the warehouse.
  • By clicking on the “Remove Item Owner” button. Admin will be able to remove any company from the item owner.
