Company Stock

Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the user to manage the company item’s stock in the system warehouses. Users will be able to view the details of the item cost, available stock, and locked unit(s) in the warehouse of the particular item companies.

Navigation Path

Path: Reports > Stock Reports > Company Stock

Listing Screen

This is for getting all the related information of the specific selected item name or item type. For example, if the item name is selected as “Acetone 100ml” then the data related to that item will be displayed in the listing. By clicking on the “+” option near the item name a list containing all the related information of that item will display. Or if the item type is specified as “Petroleum” then the data related to that item type will be obtained. If both the fields were selected for searching then the selected values of those fields must be related to each other. The search can also happen by clicking on the available “search icon”.
