Purpose 

This feature allows users to import and manage bulk-issued items of warehouse data efficiently by uploading a structured file. This helps maintain consistency and accuracy in the database by ensuring all necessary fields are correctly filled and conform to the required formats.

Navigation Path

Path : Import > Import Issued Items

Listing Screen

  • On clicking on the above the user can upload the Excel sheet and after that, he user can click on the “Next Button”.
  • Users can click on the Download Sample File button to download the sample file.
  1. Serving Warehouse (Required): Specify the name of the items serving the warehouse.
  2. Item Owner (Required): Specify the name of the issuing items owners.

After uploading the file and clicking on the Next Button, all the details will be fetched by the system automatically by the system from the uploaded file.

By clicking on the Import button the user can import the issue request of a warehouse, if all the provided details are valid.
