Purpose

The purpose of this module is to enable the user to view the details of items issued to various staff or Departments.

Navigation

 Path : Consumption >Track & Issue Items > Issued Items

Listing Screen

  • View a list of all the items that are previously issued by the admin. Admin will be able to view the details of the issued item. Admin will be able to search the data regarding issued items using the filter option this is provided on the list.
  • On Click of record in the fields Inventory S/N, Warehouse Name, Item Name, Batch Number, Item Owner, Assigned to, Assigned By, and Actions will redirect the user to their respective detail pages. 
  • On click of View Details, the administrator will be able to view the summary of the Issued items
  • On clicking the view details, the user is redirected to a page where the summary and activities of issued items is displayed.
