Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the user to view and manage the national stock report of the items in the warehouses. National Stock Report provides the report of all the related information of particular selected filed(s). Here searching can be done by selecting any of the fields or it can be done by selecting the combination of two or more fields also. For example, if any of the Item Names is selected for searching then the data related to that Item name will be displayed in the listing.

National Stock Report provides the report of all the related information of particular selected filed(s). Here searching can be done by selecting any of the fields or it can be done by selecting the combination of two or more fields also. For example, if any of the Item Names is selected for searching then the data related to that Item name will be displayed in the listing. By scrolling the scrollbar all the related data for that particular Item name will be visible. If Two or more fields are selected for searching then the selected values of those fields must be related to each other. For example, if the fields Item Name (“Acetone 200ml”) and Item Type (“Grease”) are selected for searching then the selected Item Name must belong to the selected Item Type. This information can be sorted by clicking the “Sort By” button based on the requirement. For example, it can be sorted by the order of Ascending or Descending based on the field name chosen.

  1. Report: The reports tab provides the national stock reports of the items on the warehouses. Admin will be able to search the report’s data based on the selected item name, item type, warehouse, and item owner.
  2. Search: On clicking the search button after specifying the required item name/type/owner/warehouse, the data based on the specified fields will be displayed in the listing.
  3. Reset: Admin will be able to reset the selected search fields.
  4. Display Records per page: Admin will be able to select the limit for displaying the no. of records on the page. For example, if the admin selects “10” from the dropdown, then 10 records will be displayed on the page.
  5. Sort By: This information displayed listing can be sorted by clicking the “Sort By” button based on the requirement. For example, it can be sorted by the order of Ascending or Descending based on the field name chosen.

6. Summary: National Stock Summary provides a summary of item Unit Names of all the warehouses, as shown below. By scrolling the scrollbar all the related data will be visible
