Ownership Transfer

Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the administrator to view and manage the product ownership transfer on the system. Admin will be able to change the ownership of the product from one product owner to another product owner.

Listing Screen

View list of all the product ownership transfers that are previously added by the admin on the system. Admin will be able to transfer the product ownership. By clicking on the transfer request code, the admin will be able to view the summary and activities of the ownership transformation. Admin will be able to search the data using the filter option this is provided on the list. Admin can view the listing in three ways; admin will have the option to change the view by clicking on the “Change view” Button.

Transfer Owner: To transfer the product ownership, click on the below button

Item Owner Transfer

• Users will be able to transfer the product ownership from one product owner to another.
• The user needs to fill in the ownership transfer information for transferring the ownership.

1. Warehouse Name (Required): Choose the warehouse from where the product owner is transferring. For example, if the products on the “Apapa” warehouse are transferring from one to another owner, then select Apapa from the dropdown.
2. Product Name (Required): Select the product, for which the owner is transferring.
3. Attachments (Required): Upload the images related to product ownership transferring.
4. From Product Owner (Required): Select the owner from the dropdown, from whom the ownership is transferring.
5. To Product Owner (Required): Select the owner from the dropdown, to whom the ownership is transferring.
6. Remarks (Required): Specify the remarks for the ownership transferring.
