Reconcile Reasons

Purpose

The main purpose of this module is to enable the administrator to view and manage the reconcile reasons that the users will select while reconciling the items.

Navigation Path

Path: Masters > Reconcile Reasons

Listing Screen

View list of all the reconcile reasons that were previously added by the Administrator. Admin will have an option to add and update item Reconcile reasons. Admin will be able to search the Reconcile Reasons using the filter option this is provided on the list. On the left side of the Listing, Admin will be able to filter the Reconcile Reasons based on the Purpose.

Add New Reason: To add a Reconcile Reason for the item, click on the below button

Add /Edit Reconcile Reason

• User will be able to Add/Update the Reconcile Reason from this page
• The user needs to fill the Location information to add/edit the Reconcile Reason in the system.

Fields available in the Add/Edit Reconcile Reason Form

1. Purpose (Required): This is to specify the purpose of reconciling the item. For example, if the admin wants to allow the item damaged due to rain for reconciling, then specify the reason as damaged due to rain.
2. Icon Name (Required): This is to specify the Icon name of the item. Choose the required icon from the dropdown.
3. Status (Required): Set the status of the Reconcile Reason –Active/Inactive using the dropdown list

• Admin can save the Reconcile Reason by submitting the form or can discard the Reconcile Reason.
• On Submission, the Reconcile Reason will be listed in the Reconcile Reason listing page.
