Purpose 

The main purpose of this module is to allow the user to view the Staff of various departments for Issue Request operations.

Navigation Path 

Path – Users>>Staff

Listing Screen

Displays the list of staff to the User. User will be able to search for staff and their departments using the filter option which is provided on the list. User can view the listing in two ways, by clicking on the “Change View” button the admin will have the option to change the view.

List View

 On Click of any staff name, the user will be navigated to the summary of that particular staff member.

On Click of the Issued items tab, the user will be able to view the summary of items issued to this particular staff member.

On Click of the Issue History tab, the user will be able to view the summary of all the items issued by the user to date.
