Warehouse
Purposes
The main purpose of this module is to enable the user to view and manage the warehouses on the system. The warehouse may belong to the type of External/Internal (or) both. The main purpose of the warehouses is to store the consumable products of the companies.
Navigation Path
Path: Warehouse> Warehouse Management > Warehouse

Listing Screen
View list of all the warehouses that are previously added by the User. Users will have an option to add, update, and archive/unarchive the warehouses. Users will be able to search the warehouses using the text search filter option that is provided in the list. The user can switch between three different listing views by clicking the “Change View” button.

Grid view

- In the grid view, the user will be able to view the count of pending, ready-to-delivery, in transit, and delivered orders of the particular warehouse. On click, the user will be navigated to the respective order count page.
Add New Warehouse: To add a new warehouse, click on the below button

Add/Edit Warehouse
- Users will be able to Add/Update the warehouse from this page
- The user needs to fill in the warehouse information to add/edit the warehouse in the system.

- Warehouse Name (Required): Specify the name of the warehouse.
- Company (Required): Select the company name from the drop-down for storing their items in the warehouse. For example, if the company is selected as MRS OIL & GAS, then the particular company will be able to store its items in the warehouse.
- Warehouse Type (Required): Specify the type of the warehouse as per the requirement
- Warehouse: Choose the type as ‘Warehouse’, if the warehouse is used for storing the items.
- Plant: Choose the type as ‘Plant’, if the warehouse is located within a manufacturing plan.
- Department: Involves receiving, storing, and preparing goods for reshipment.
- Project: Involves primarily on storing materials.
4. Reference Code (Required): Specify the unique reference code for the warehouse.
5. Warehouse Location (Required): Select the location for the warehouse from the drop-down. For example, if the location is selected as “Abuja”, then the warehouse will belong to the Abuja state.
- If the user wants to add a new location for the warehouse, by clicking on the provided “+” option add location pop-up will be displayed. By specifying the details, the admin will be able to add a new location for the warehouse.

6. Warehouse Purpose: Specify the purpose of the warehouse, whether it’s for internal usage or for sales, and also act as both. If the warehouse is designated for internal usage, the items stored within it will be utilized for internal operations or to fulfill internal requests. If the warehouse is intended for sales, the items will be used to generate sales orders.
7. Warehouse Image: Upload the image for the warehouse.
8. Default Warehouse (Required): Specify whether the warehouse will act as a default warehouse or not. For one zone, one warehouse will be the default warehouse.
9. Remarks: This is for specifying the Remarks for the warehouse if any.
10. Warehouse Manager: Select the name of the warehouse manager, if any.
Warehouse Prefix Details:

- Floor Prefix: This is for specifying the floor prefix. For example, the prefix for Floor is specified as FR.
- Room Prefix: This is for specifying the Room prefix. For example, the prefix for the Room is specified as RM.
- Rack Prefix: This is for specifying the Rack prefix. For example, the prefix for the Rack is specified as RC.
- Bin Prefix: This is for specifying the Bin prefix. For example, the prefix for the Bin is specified as BN.
- Warehouse Attachments: This is for specifying the attachments if any. For example, any files or images related to the warehouse.

- Users can save the warehouse by submitting the form or can discard the warehouse.
- On Submission, the warehouse will be listed on the warehouse listing page.
Summary: Users will be able to view the warehouse statistics, layout, and summary. On clicking the summary option of the particular warehouse in the warehouse listing, the warehouse summary will be displayed as shown below

Stock In-Bound Requests: On clicking the stock in-bound requests option under the summary page, the user will be able to view the list of stock in-bound requesters of the particular warehouse.

Stock Out-Bound Requests: On clicking the stock Out-bound requests option under the summary page, the user will be able to view the list of stock out-bound requesters of the particular warehouse.

Inventory: On clicking the inventory option, user will be able to view the inventory (list of all warehouse items) of the particular warehouse.

Issued Items: On clicking the issued items section, user will be able to view the list of items issued in the specific warehouse.

View Notes: The user will be able to view and add the notes for the warehouse.

- Add Notes: User will be able to add normal notes or can set a reminder for the notes as well.

View Activities: By clicking on the “Activities” tab, the user will be able to view the warehouse activities.

View Warehouse Details: On clicking the warehouse name available in the listing, the user will be able to view the popup at the left side of the page which contains the basic details of the warehouse, to view the complete details of the warehouse user has to click on the provided ‘View Details’ option as shown in figure

View Details: By clicking on the view details option the details will be shown as follows

- Add/View Floors: On clicking the Floors tab, the user will be able to view and add floors to the warehouse for storing the consumable products, as shown below

By clicking, the “Add Floor” button, the user will be able to add a new floor to the warehouse.

- Floor Name (Required): Specify the name of the floor.
- Floor Code (Required): Enter a unique code for the floor.
- Status (Required): Set the status for the floor.
- Same as the floors, the user will be able to view and add Rooms, Racks, and Bins for the warehouse by clicking on the respective tabs.
- On clicking the Inventory tab, the user will be navigated to the warehouse inventory page.
Mark the Warehouse as an Archive

- Users will have the option to Archive the Warehouse.
Mark the Warehouse as Un-Archive

- Users will have the option to Unarchive the Warehouse.
